Unhappy with your Gym Group Classes?
Have you tried group classes at the gym or community hall,only to find yourself following along not sure what your supposed to be doing regarding technique?
Or there were so many people in the class the teacher didn't have a chance of doing anything other than give a few general corrections?only to find after a few months your back ,hip ,shoulder problem was still there?!
Unless you are taught the technique properly and more importantly how to apply your body to the technique to get the most from it to address your pain, you are wasting your time.
Unless the instructor has degree training,and worked professionally in the subject they are teaching they do not have the skills to help you.
